I booked for a trial and to have it done on the day. The staff were really friendly, felt really relaxed lovely atmosphere. Was in today for a consultation. I was hoping to get a perm and to see if my hair was suitable. I have a lot of bleach in my hair. I was advised that a perm would just go frizzy with bleached hair. It was good to get an honest consultation. Although I really wanted a perm, I would not be happy with frizzy hair. However I am booked in for highlights and a cut so watch this space.

Great experience today at Partners. I had went in for a consultation first and spoke with Laurie about my hair and we looked at pictures of perms to get an idea of what I was thinking. When I arrived today I was feeling nervous but all the staff were lovely and made me feel very welcome there. Laurie did my hair and talked me through all the steps of a perm and how to care for my hair afterwards. Fantastic service. Very happy customer and look forward to returning.
