There will be a £30 booking fee for all cut & finish appointments and a £60 booking fee for all cut & colour appointments.
The reason we’re putting these measures in place is that we simply can’t afford no-shows or last-minute cancellations after such a difficult few months.
Booking fees go towards the cost of your appointment are non-refundable unless you give us 5 days notice.
